Initially when asked about his plan for Afghanistan, Cain repeatedly said that he would reveal it only if he became president. Fuck you, Herman.

Doesn't this idiot realize how important his answer is as CIC?

He IS the big boss of the military. He talks about the economy and tax policy, but he doesn't control that.. This? He's the only guy running this war.. And he won't even tell us his plans?
