Why don't we do this. I know why, bureaucrats would make it complicated. I hate desk jockeys. They all should be killed.

Because we continue to elect morons, and they hire more morons. We have too many assholes in govt that just feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel sorry for poor unemployed people.
