Hi...ummmmm....this is like ummmmm...Brittney form the Blue cross blue shield call center.....and lie..i forgot to like, call you yesterday cause I was like really hung over and like ralphong so my boss sent me home...but I need to tell you that like,,,,no...we are not going to pay for your dialysis, cause like..ummmm.....I'm not sure why but that's what the computer said.....something about um.....preexisting or whatever.... So, if you need to like call me, do it next week because like, Friday is my last day cause like, I am gong to be like, going to cosmetology school...ummmm....sorry...bye
