Maybe you can tell the class why a nuclear aircraft carrier would need to be "7 miles off the coast of North Korea" when the main strength of an aircraft carrier is its ability to project power hundreds of miles away? Why would a carrier subject itself to coastal defenses when it has a 400 mile radius sphere of influence, thanks to the surveillance and attack aircraft?
