Orange County...not so much

Million dollar homes with trash not picked up because the county is broke because of prop 13

Prop 13 was passed in 1978. They've had 32 years to learn to live with it. That excuse doesn't fly with the whiny teachers union in my mom's school district, it sure as fuck won't fly with a moron like you who doesn't even know what the proposition was about.
