They probably would have saved a bunch of money also had they not started the bridge then stopped and started all over. Bunch of morons over there. I'm surprised they got the Carquinez/Alfred Zampa bridge up and running (my grandpa got in a fight with that guy some 40+ years ago when he accused my grandpa of "eyeballing" his mistress, hilarious), what with how stupid the planners in that state are.
