No, the definition has become broader. The supposed correlation between vaccines and autism is the work of conspiracy theorists and has long since been debunked.

The definition has become broader? In what sense? What used to be dismissed as 'mentally ill'...is now labeled 'autism'? Broader in that sense?

If so, I have to agree.

A link between vaccines and autism? That's different for sure. There are both sides argued. And I'm no expert on it, for sure.
