Stalin didn't go that far because American and British troops were in his way. There are still US troops in Germany to this day because of it.

He was absolutely right to shit on Versailles and he had every right to arm Germany.
There are 2 reasons why Hitler has been forever vilified and why people like you insist that everything he ever said was a lie.
1. Germany lost the war.
2. He said mean things about Jews.

He's villified for invading a string of peaceful nations that were no threat to Germany. One after the next. He's villified because he was a fascist dictator, hell bent upon military domination and expansionism.

Also, there were no troops in Stalin's way. That's simply not true. Even if it was, they would have been the same one's opposing Germany, and that certainly never discouraged Hitler.
