Wow, look at this guy's suggestions for fixing the problem. Cut 3 billion a year in expenditures. Cut infrastructure??!!

Cut 252 facilities. And only extend the delivery time for first class mail by a day??

Any changes to mail delivery must be approved by Congress.

The American Postal Workers Union denounced the plan...

If this guy is allowed to fix the Postal Service it will be a signal to the country that CUTS are a cure. Not additional spending.
