Why? Simple
because most of them have lost touch on reality they are like little kids without any knowledge of how to fix problems and much less how to resolve a countrie's economic problem, they go by the principle of "i want taxpayers to pay for my stuff so i dont have to work"... such mentality is doomed and does not work.
