They're projecting that the new "jobs bill" will create 1.9 million (temporary) jobs.

With the $447 billion they are proposing, they could simply write a check for $32,000 to every one of the 14 million people unemployed in this nation. Wouldn't that be more effective? Especially if the left is correct and what we need is more consumer demand?
