WELFARE TYPES WILL BUY TOBACCO, LOTTO, CIGARETTES,

AND STREET DRUGS. NONE OF THAT SPENDING WILL

BENEFIT THE AMERICAN ECONOMY.

It'd do as much good as throwing cash anywhere else I think.. All of this shit is just sugar high economics, anyway.
