I see O. as the head guy....he's in charge. He's the guy suing the states and preventing the states from enforcing Border Protection and Immigration Enforcement. The Prez. - on either end - is the top guy holding the bag, whether they admit it or not. The Congress isn't real happy with him either, so they're not going to make his life any easier...or pass laws that HE wants. It's called POLITICS. Politics blows.
