My dad brought up the subject of the old time Poll Tax that was a requirement before voting,
and that "filter" was a pretty good idea, for it's day.

Times have changed, however,
'cuz there actually ARE folks that COULD give any Poll Tax fees to ineligible voters,

so I've come up with a New and Improved way of exacting ID from the folks voting about our money:

Valid ID, proving citizenship, local address, etc.,

AND

paycheck stubs,
proving FICA monies withheld.

If ya ain't paying IN?

You don't get to say anything about the Pay OUTS.

Thoughts?
