Gotta have some belief that they will be able to make some money.

When they have that belief, they'll spend, hire, grow.

Thus the economy grows.

When DC is spending like crackheads, and regulating businesses to the hilt......they don't have that 'faith' that they'll be able to turn a profit. Thus things grow mold.
