Exactly my thought, and it was part of my response to him.

They're sitting on the money (Trillions) They're reducing debt...

Here's the part he doesn't see: They ARE managing risk effectively.. They're doing so by HEDGING AGAINST this President and his policies... AND, since he's been around long enough now that we know how he thinks, they're even hedging against his proclivities.

They know what he is.. and they are managing the risk as well as they can.. Because HE'S THE RISK!

He is the reason why America's credit rating got downgraded. He didn't get us to where we are on his own, but every sane person knows that if he gets his way, it will be the final nail in the coffin.
