Well that's easy to answer! Both are full of niggers and run by niggers. That's a recipe for nothing but failure. Nigger stoonts being edumacated by niggers = failure. But libtards like Duncan will never admit the truth. They must instead find excuses instead of facing facts. So he now uses a complete diversion by attacking Texas instead of facing the obvious.
