Wars waged for the sake of legitimate self defense are acceptable.

Wars flying under cover of self defense, which aren't actually defensive in nature, aren't legitimate. Iraq is a good example.

Let me rephrase. Lets take WWII. From my point of view the Allies were fighting a just war, the Axis wasn't.

The war was still pointless, but from the perspective of the Allies necessary.....I'm not sure if I'm making my feelings clear. I know what I am trying to say.
