NEWSFLASH...Girls do not need a HPV vaccination to act on being human and wanting to have sex, and sometimes doing it. Sex came along a LONG time before the HPV vaccine and condoms.....get over it

If it's not mandatory how in the hell could a parent be deemed "unfit" if they opt out?
