What kind of parent would want to risk a child dying of cancer for political Dogma..only an unfit one
It should be optional...and any parent who opts out should be charged with neglect

It should be optional period. As I said in another thread, most young ladies will decide to receive this on their own. There is no need to mandate it at all.

I think the biggest issue with all inoculations is that there is way to much disinformation put out by both sides, this confuses parents.
