It should be optional period. As I said in another thread, most young ladies will decide to receive this on their own. There is no need to mandate it at all.

I think the biggest issue with all inoculations is that there is way to much disinformation put out by both sides, this confuses parents.
I know what i aid,,,and yes, no one can FORCE a parent to do it...but we CAN open a CPS file on the parents who opt out...and we should..IMO
