President Roo would make ALL policies portable.....everything could move about the Nation....no "IN" Network, or "OUT" of Network.

There would be a Gov Option....but no "mandate".

Birth Control, i.e. pills and preventative measures would be covered by ALL policies.

Abortions would not.

I'd be on board with all that. Although I'm pro-choice, I don't believe elective abortions should be covered on insurance policies. I think the portability thing is huge. Some states have very few options which keeps the rates ridiculously high. Competition would lower prices and offer more options.
