I think it's a scam. They'll teach some classes, rake off the rest of the cash and jet back home to spend it/dump it in the Caymans/donate it back to the pol who wrote the check/whatever.

Have you seen some of the studies that get fed funding?

"Studying Racism Online"......there's been several million dollar grants to study that.

Oh yea....studies are the new pyramid schemes.
