I don't think he cares!......I believe, that he believes in the ability to pull off a dictatorial, socialistic Utopian-ism via martial law or was at least raised to believe that.

I believe this is exactly his intent. Look at how he bitch slapped the SCOTUS during his SOTH speech. Only someone who intends on replacing the SCOTUS with his own brand of dictatorial crap would be so brazen and do it in front of millions of Americans on national TV
