INTERSTATE ROUTES TO A COMMON STANDARD... ALL OTHERS TO STATE'S DISCRETION. Yeah, and there's no reason why State legislatures and governors can't develop standards..

Libs act like state government is chopped liver.. and incapable of anything beyond letting faggots marry.

State government should be a lot more important and influential than it is now. Let them work out standards for carbon, roads, pot, and whatever else the people decide.. THEN, let them face the consequences of their decisions.

That's how it's supposed to work, and stupid is supposed to hurt.

We need to get back to that..
