Contrary to liberal whinging, being lean is a GOOD thing.. It forces them to prioritize.

A glut of money is the WORST thing that can happen to a government.. and the people it allegedly serves.

Good luck getting a liberal to understand the very basic behavioral psychology and its effect on economics behind that one.

Free money! We've got plenty! Hand it out to buy votes! Hey, what happened to all of that money? We need more! We neeeeeeeeeeeeeeed it!
