The thing about "one's values". Anyone who thinks their religious beliefs are something that I or anyone else needs to take into consideration is seriously deluded. You want to believe in Pink Unicorns, Thor, Vishnu, Jesus, Amen-Ra or what ever that's fine, just keep it to yourself. Keep your religion out of the government as it has no place in there and I don't have to do anything anyone's little invisible friend says I need to do.

From 2001 till 2009 the country was not representing my values and I worked to change it. Hmmmm. Better take a look over at NY. Why is their being able to get married such an issue? Why is the "Defense of Marriage Act" not concerning itself with divorce? But as to homosexuals allowed to get married, that is not your concern. Two consenting adults doing whatever is not your concern.

People who try to keep others from doing as they see fit (when it comes to consenting adults) yet whine and complain that their rights are being stepped on. What is even more puzzling to me is their willingness to prostrate themselves before a tyrant deity and feel that only then when they submit to some deity are they truly free. Kinda contradicts your idiot view of things. (Even though I'm disgusted that government spent months approving this while the economy burns.) What pisses me off is that the GOPricks spent and cut taxes, increasing the deficit which took years, stop anything President Obama wants to do (filibuster anyone) and still have the gall to say it's President Obama's fault when thy use parliamentary tricks to stop everything and then look around with a stupid grin and say, "Who me?"
