dismantled and done with. good for nothing. except for biased reports and mere opinion....their own member(s) dont even stand by their reports out of fear, retaliation and blacklisting, so why bother? they enforce shit, they do shit, they amount to shit.

Sounds like the IRS.

With the exception of impotence in enforcing their will arbitrarily. The IRS is competent at that.
