I'm assuming the idiots that want to force-feed everyone lithium want to mellow everyone out.
Why not put THC in the water then?
Seriously, it's a lot safer than LITHIUM! It doesn't cause the kidney damage or effect one's thyroid gland the way continued use of lithium does.
