Then we should kill him without a trial..

He doesn't deserve a lifetime of welfare, regardless if he's so crazy we can't trust him to run loose, or if he's sane but a murderer.

Our laws say we can't do ANYTHING without a trial, unless they lock him up and throw away the key. That looks like the most current option...he'll never go back to court. Pity.
