If it's a forgery, who the hell allowed him to do it?
Why would any american allow him to forge his birth certificate?

There's rules for the average American and then there's rules for politicians. And THEN there are rules for black politicians.
For instance, why has Charlie Rangel been allowed to get by with the shit he's gotten by with for so long? Only recently has he been hauled into court after all these years and then he only got a slap on the wrist..
