Niggers like to follow humans. They can't survive in a place where there are only other niggers. There's nobody to leech off of.

Thats the truth.

They don't generate enough income that is taxable. Thus all local areas that are heavy with niggers tend to fall into slums.

Plus, the added cost of niggers, (breeding like rabbits, added police etc), always ends up turning an area into pure shit.
