Three in four Egyptians believe cutting off the hand of a thief is proper punishment. Four in five favor stoning adulterers to death. And 84 percent favor executing Muslim converts to Christianity.

— Eighty-two percent of Egyptians regard the United States unfavorably, and 48 percent rate America "very unfavorably." Where's George Bush and the freedom crowd now?

Saudi Arabia would be the ultimate test.. Would we let such a critical area, as well as their advanced weapons, fall into the fickle hands of its own people?

Or would we attempt to place them back under neocolonialism by whatever means are necessary?
