Colonel, just what are your qualifications for issuing all this information as though it is fact?

I sound like a philosopher, don't I? I issue my information as if it is true from a philosophical way. Right now, they are focused on spending for better quality weapons. They don't have to: they have such an enormous lead over the next closest competitor: Russia. They should be spending on ways to deal with terrorists. In fact, they should learn more about them.
