It's ironic that the very people who harped on freedom, the constitution and limited government were the very people who came up with the Patriot Act.

And to make matters even worse, they're are still millions of tards out there who still believe them to this day!

Yeah, and they play on their fear.. That's the kind of childish tactic the GOP chose to adopt, rather than actually KEEPING PROMISES & SOLVING PROBLEMS.

In fact, there's a school of thought that says the LAST THING a wise pol will do is actually solve a problem.. Because then you lose the leverage it provides.

Such people are too smart by half... Reagan didn't become a Conservative icon by refusing to address issues and deflecting.
