you peopel think these are give aways to the poor, but you are wrong.

they are give aways to business so they never have to lower their prices.

it is there way of trying to control and manage demand. which can never be down. There's some truth to that.. Businesses LOVE subsidies for the same reason many individuals do - they make sales they never would have made and pass the buck to you!
