In Ky there is a large dropout rate and our state govt. officials want to pass a bill that would up the dropout age to 18. What a bunch of idiots. They also want to pay teachers more that have kids with higher grades, is that fair to a teacher who is trying to teach but the kid won't learn? How many teachers will raise their students grades to get better pay or keep their jobs?
