I dunno.. Minorities use public transit heavily. It could be contract steering. Ideological bent. Hard to say with that idiot.

But what troubles me about this is, he's saying it.. When anyone else in his shoes would be hiding under the Resolute desk in shame.

Really, it shouldn't shock you.

His arrogance knows no bounds. That's been clear from day 1 with that nigger.

He still thinks he's some kind of 'champion' of good.....heralding in a new era of righteousness, or some such shit. These sweetheart deals with all the groups and companies that put him in office, are just the price of doing business, and well worth the cost to tax payers, because it put him in a position to do all this 'good'...

His narcissism and arrogance is all he has.
