In Austin, Texas,
the transit Authority, Capital Metro,
pushed through a scheme to force this farce upon the populace.

It has gone over budget,
as well as running in the red,
since the day after it was started, practically.

BUT THEY WON'T JUST STEP BACK,
take a breath,
AND LET IT DIE LIKE THE MISCARRIAGE IT WAS!
