Even Worse Still.. I don't know that Congress has the will to stop him.

1) It has the word "jobs" attached to it..

2) It has a bunch of powerful interests who want the money behind it.

3) A bunch of our congress are just as sold on this bullshit as Obama is - This narrative that all "green shit" needs is a little boost from Uncle Sam's pocket book! then it will REALLY TAKE OFF and become SELF SUSTAINING! ESPECIALLY, if they give it a little nudge, on the policy side! See? we CAN create new markets by just funding them and legislating them into being! all we have to do is BE SMART!
