Regardless of what you may think of the cuts, or the relative merits of extending them or letting them expire, this is exactly the sort of fence riding strategy that has gotten Obongo into trouble.

Extend them or not.. Just do it or don't.

This kind of legislative limbo is creating stress. People and businesses can't plan, because DC has the entire fucking country tied up in knots.
