Yes, and the stimulus...

I dont know if he legally can be nailed to the cross for it but.... Pelosi is asking for it. She might as well sealed her own tomb when she said "we need to pass it to see whats inside of it."

The real question is do the republicans want to spend all that time and energy going after Pelosi who is now irrelevant. It will be a huge media event, it will distract attention and the progressive socialists will defend her and make republicans look like assholes for attacking her...

The problem with Obama is that he didn't write the bill, he only championed it.. However he did sign it into law... which could potentially come back to hurt him in the event of an impeachment.
