Default Labor Question..
Can someone please explain to me, in words, what "right" employees have to haul their employers before a mediation board? Or what "right" employees have to unionize AT ALL?

I know all about the Wagner act, so spare me the legalese.. I want to know what moral right they think they have to do anything of the kind in the first place.

I mean, they're the employees.. Who the fuck are they to dictate ANYTHING and who is the government to do the same?

If they're so unhappy, why don't they JUST QUIT? What would be unfair about that?

You don't like the job.. Pay.. Benefits.. Hours.. Whatever. Then you LEAVE.

What's so fucking difficult about this?
