All unionization is, is communication. Employees getting together and saying, if ones fired, we're all fired.

No... that is collective bargaining. (Something I agree with, as it is the heart of at will employment.)

Unionization is different because it doesn't involve government force.

This is how it works if you hire Non Unionized help, which is an employers choice. No it is not. You can be hauled before a mediation board for refusing the recognize a union vote.
