I agree that morally there isn't a whole lot of difference between killing a fetus, and killing a born baby, but Practically, there is a HUGE difference. Trying to keep every baby from accidental pregnancies is simply not practical. So by your logic of the heart beating means it's sacred, does that mean we can't kill animals, they have beating hearts. Between a fetus and a dog, both have beating hearts, and are not really people. If you say we can't kill unborn fetuses, then I suggest we draw one clear line. If it has a heart, it beats, and you kill it, you are a murderer. Practically this makes no sense, but it appears to be the way you look at it.
