the EPA is not starting to regulate Lawnmowers... LAWNMOWERS! It is beyond obvious that we are going way too far with this.

Efficiency makes sense, Most Conservatives believe in being not green, but efficient. When I hear the word green, I think the first thing I ask is how much money will I save, if the answer is not a positive number, I don't buy it. I just bought an energy efficient refrigerator, and air conditioning, and that makes my power bill go down, I like that! Not it is an investment instead of a toy, which is exactly what it is if it doesn't save money.
