I am actually very much in favor of substance abuse. Pot, liquor, cocaine, what the fuck ever you want. These autonomanous forms of indulgence can be created without importation, or heavy financing. Meaning it doesn't require capitalism... as well, it boosts the morale of the people. People should be able to relax and smoke a blunt or drink themselves to death.

As long as they aren't fags.
