strange, we are covering the bystander effect (as well as other research) in a class i have right now. i am leaning toward yes to the iq q. i think it does.

At any rate, I think the bystander effect has more to do with personality/pathology than IQ's. I'm convinced [given my own research] that 25% of the population are in fact narcissists.
