Practically, we have enough nukes to disintegrate the entire square footage of Muslim nations. Then we could form Death camps in our own nations and put Muslims into the ovens. That's what the Nazis would have done, and they were very practical.

This also happens to be Sarah Palin's plan for the Presidency.

They are too numerous... Nothing Western politicians can do really but sit back and watch Europe and Canada turn brown... Same goes with Israel. Russia knows how to deal with immigrants.
