A shot at yourself, for what purpose?

What is to be gained when we cherry pick history, and demand that one group, or another, should feel guilt for something their ancestors did? It makes no sense, and it creates deplorable behaviors in groups who think they are now entitled to things they did not earn by that imposed guilt.

Really, this does nothing, but create resentment. If you will notice, most of the whites on this forum can tell you where their resentment comes from, while the minorities tell you that its all, "whitey's," fault.

Bad things were happening in history, long before the discovery of the Americas. How far do we want to carry this out?
